Trade customers placing orders via this website will be invoiced according to their normal 'offline' payment terms.

If you already have a trade account with Sally Scaffardi Design but have NOT registered on this website, we ask that you complete the registration form to enable you to make use of the website. We only offer accounts to trade buyers. If you prefer, you can continue to place orders by phone, email or fax, however, from time to time online promotions are available when placing orders via the website.

If you are not an existing customer of Sally Scaffardi Design and wish to become one, please apply by filling out the trade registration contact form - accessed by clicking on the trade login link in the top right hand corner of the screen. We will check your details against our customer database and come back to you usually within 24 hours.

Prices on the website are in pounds sterling and are shown exclusive of VAT. If you are a UK customer, your invoice will include VAT at 20%.


Unless agreed otherwise, first orders are on a proforma basis.

Subsequent orders - Payment due 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms for  overseas orders are agreed on an individual basis.


We prefer to be paid electronically, our bank details are printed on your invoice. Please use your company name and invoice number as a reference.  Payment may also be by cheque made payable to ‘Sally Scaffardi Design’.


Minimum UK trade order - £60

Minimum UK carriage paid order - £125  exc vat.

Mainland UK Carriage - £7.96 exc vat.

Please contact us for carriage charges outside of mainland UK.



Depending on when your order is placed we endeavour to despatch all orders with 3 working days, however all products are subject to availability. We will advise you of any delays or if an item which you have purchased is not available, in which case you will have the option of waiting for the product to become available, choose a different product or remove the product from your order. Our standard delivery courier is UPS.  In most cases delivery will require a signature, please make sure you have the goods delivered to an address where someone can accept your parcel.



We will always despatch your goods in perfect condition. However, if your goods are damaged in transit or if you have received incorrect products, please inform us within 7 working days of receipt and we will provide replacement products or a refund.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then it can be returned within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund excluding postage and packaging, providing the goods are unused and are not damaged. The costs of returning goods to Sally Scaffardi Design shall be borne by yourself.
