Shipping policy
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days from our UK shop (unless there's a note in our shop announcement with a different shipping estimate). Once an order leaves us, it's down to the postal services in UK and the destination country. This process is out of our control so please bear in mind when placing orders to allow time for any postal service hiccups!
UK Delivery
We send all orders out by Royal Mail 1st Class and offer FREE delivery for orders over £12. For orders up to the value of £12 we charge £1.95 for shipping.
Delivery to Ireland
We ship to Ireland at a flat rate of £12 per order. If you are just buying 1 or 2 cards then it will be more economical for you to buy from our Etsy Shop
Shipping to EU and Northern Ireland

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will refund your payment via your original payment method. To initiate the returns process, please use the contact form stating your order number and we will advise you of the process for the return.
Good must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in perfect condition for resale.
